What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.
Effective 7 August 2026
Short version: we collect what you send us on the contact form and what's needed to take a payment. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, we don't run advertising trackers, and there's no list you get added to for filling in a form.
1. What we collect from you
- From the contact form: your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, and whatever you type in the message box.
- If you call or text: your number, and notes about what we discussed, so the next conversation doesn't start from nothing.
- When you pay: Stripe collects your card or bank details directly. Those never touch this site. What we see afterwards is your name, your email, the amount, the last four digits, and whether it went through.
2. What gets collected automatically
Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, which pages were requested and when — to keep the site up and to spot abuse. They're not tied to a person and they're not used to profile anyone.
We set no cookies of our own. Stripe sets a couple on the checkout page to detect fraud. That is the entire list. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no session recording, no heatmaps.
3. The categories, plainly
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, business name, email address, telephone number); commercial information (what you bought and when); and internet activity information (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested).
Categories of third parties we may share it with: our payment processor, our website host, our email provider, and anyone we're legally required to give it to. That's the whole list, and each of them only gets the part they need to do their job.
We have never sold, rented or traded personal information, and we don't intend to start. There's no advertising business here to feed.
4. What we use it for
- Replying to you, and doing the work you've asked for.
- Taking payment, sending receipts, and keeping the accounts straight.
- Keeping the site and your site secure, and investigating anything that looks wrong.
- Meeting tax, accounting and legal record-keeping obligations.
That's it. We don't use it to build profiles, we don't feed it to advertising platforms, and we don't train anything on it.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work: about three years, then deleted. Client records: five years after the engagement ends, because that's the window in which a contract can still be argued about. Payment records: as long as Stripe and the tax rules require.
Ask us to delete something earlier and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
6. Do Not Track
We don't track you across other websites, so there's nothing here for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We don't respond to Do Not Track browser signals or similar mechanisms, because we're not doing the thing they're designed to stop.
7. Whether anyone else tracks you here
In one place, yes. On the checkout page, Stripe collects device and browser signals to detect fraud. Stripe operates across a great many businesses' checkouts, so it may recognise the same browser elsewhere. That's how card fraud gets caught, and it's the price of not handling your card details ourselves.
Nowhere else on this site does anyone collect information about you across other websites. No advertising networks, no social pixels, no analytics of any kind.
8. Seeing or changing what we hold
Email [email protected] or call (305) 815-4051 and ask. We'll tell you what we've got about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it, within thirty days. There's no form, no fee and no need to give a reason.
9. Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Card and bank details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers, which keeps the most sensitive thing out of our hands entirely. Access to client data is limited to the people doing the work.
No system is perfect and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If anything ever went wrong that affected your information, you'd hear it from us quickly and directly.
10. Calls and texts
If you give us your number — on the form, by text, or on a call — we may call or text you about your enquiry and about work in progress. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop, immediately and permanently, with no argument.
We don't buy phone lists, we don't cold-text, and we don't run automated dialling. Every message comes from a person.
11. Email
Receipts, invoices, renewal reminders and project updates are part of the service, so they keep coming while you're a client. Anything promotional carries an unsubscribe link and we honour it straight away.
12. Children
This is a service provided to businesses. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think we have, tell us and it goes.
13. Changes to this policy
Any new version is posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, active clients get an email at least thirty days before it takes effect.
14. Asking us about any of this
Call or text (305) 815-4051, or email [email protected]. A person reads it.
Rather just ask someone?
No document beats a two-minute phone call. If anything on this page is unclear, or you want it changed before you sign, say so — most of it is negotiable and none of it is a trap.
