Every project starts with a free homepage preview — your business, real design, no contract. If it doesn't make you want to show somebody, we shake hands and part friends.

You can — plenty do. But a builder gives you the same template your competitor has, loads slower than Google likes, and quietly eats your evenings. My job is the design taste, the writing, the speed, and the Google plumbing you'd otherwise learn the hard way. You're not paying for software; you're paying to look like the best in town without becoming a part-time web designer.

Fourteen days for most projects, and you'll see the design by day five. The only thing that ever slows it down is waiting on photos or approvals — and I'll chase those with you.
Yes. Anything you'd change regularly — hours, prices, photos, the menu — is set up so you can edit it without breaking anything. Most owners end up texting me instead: on a care plan, small edits are included and usually done the same day.
Then you don't pay. The design preview comes before the invoice, on purpose. Once we start, you get revision rounds until it feels right — and “I can't put my finger on it, but no” is a valid note.
Completely. The domain is registered in your name, the files are yours, and it's written into the agreement. If we ever part ways, everything comes with you. On the $0-down plan, the site is fully yours at month twelve.
Fair question to ask a one-person studio. Three protections: you own everything (see above), the site is built on boring, portable technology any developer can pick up, and you get a handover document with every login and instruction in plain English. No hostages.
You're not getting a third of the website — you're skipping the account manager, the office, and the four internal meetings you'd be billed for.
